Quit Smoking Now support groups meet once a week for 4 weeks and cover a variety of topics including coping with withdrawal symptoms, managing addiction and preventing relapse. Cessation groups cover all forms of tobacco.
The Tools to Quit Class is a two hour class that will provide you with information about the effects of tobacco use, the benefits of quitting, and will assist you will developing your OWN QUIT PLAN. Cessation groups cover all forms of tobacco.
Both programs include:
- How to handle triggers to smoke, dip, chew, or vape such as stress
- Specific ways to deal with cravings and withdrawal symptoms
- Developing a personalized quit plan
- Up to four FREE weeks of nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges) combinations available using CDC best practice guidelines, while supplies last and medically appropriate.
Quit Smoking Now- meets for an hour once a week for 4 weeks.
Tools to Quit- meets one time for 2 hours.
Get the support you need at one of our classes! The FREE classes are held locally in-person and virtually via zoom in the wake of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The group classes are provided by trained Tobacco Treatment Specialists. These classes provide tobacco users with the information, resources, and support they need to quit tobacco for good.
