The cessation programs are led by trained specialists who guide participants through the quitting process. They help identify triggers and withdrawal symptoms and brainstorm ways to cope with them. Cessation groups are hosted at local public community centers, libraries, and hospitals. West Florida AHEC also offers private workplace cessation groups.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>Get the support you need at one of our classes! The FREE classes are held locally in-person and virtually via zoom in the wake of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The group classes are provided by trained Tobacco Treatment Specialists.
